From the moment we brought her home, Truffle showed us just how affectionate and playful she is. She settled in quickly and responds well to the energy of the household.

Truffle can live with or without other dogs. As long as she has someone around during the day and gets regular playtime, she’ll thrive. She’s especially good with young children and loves playing with them.

She loves her walks and is friendly with dogs she meets outside and will instigate play. While she hasn’t been tested with cats indoors, she’s shown no reaction to them on walks.  Truffle loves to end the day with a cuddle on the sofa. 

Truffle is well-behaved overall but would benefit from some training around food. She can bark when she wants to share your meal, and she’s been known to nip toes when she’s feeling playful and wants your attention.

She is housetrained but new owners must be prepared for settling in accidents.
