Meet Maverick!
Hi everyone!
My name is Maverick and I am a 10 week old Staffy cross puppy looking for a new home after my previous owner threatened to dump me after owning me for just a few days!
I am a typical playful and bouncy puppy who is currently in foster in Dartford, Kent.
I have been vaccinated, micro-chipped and I will be rehomed on a neutering contract where my new owners will need to ensure that I am castrated at an appropriate age.
It is impossible to know how big I will grow, so you must be prepared for a medium sized, strong dog when I am fully grown!
Maverick learning that cats and children make great friends
I am looking for a home with those completely dedicated to continuing to my socialisation and puppy training. Part of my rehoming contract will be evidence of participation in puppy training classes.
You will need lots of time and patience for a puppy, with someone at home for the majority of the day.
I am currently in foster with cats, where I will playfully chase them if they run, but will just sniff them if they sit next to me.
I can live with dog savvy children aged 8 and over.

"Maverick is a very sweet, loving and playful boy who adores the children who visit the house.
He has a great appetite and is growing quickly! He sleeps well in his crate overnight and has picked up house-training very quickly (You do need to remind him to go out at times, and will need to expect the odd accident - though he is great at using a puppy pad also!)
He adores our grandchildren and loves to say hi to everyone he meets!
He is learning to walk well on the lead and in typical puppy fashion - he will pick up things left on the floor and has chewed the odd flowerpot whilst 'helping' with the gardening 🙂"
