Horace

Hi everyone!

My name is Horace and I am an approximately 6 month old crossbreed (possibly Dane x mastiff) who arrived as a welfare case.

I have been vaccinated and microchipped. 

I was very shy when I arrived and nervous of new things but now I am a typical bouncy and friendly boy who absolutely loves everyone he meets!!

I love other dogs and would love to live with another dog of similar size who won’t mind a puppy jumping all over them! Due to my age I will be rehomed on a neutering contract, and any resident dogs must be neutered. 

My new family must be completely committed to undertaking all aspects of training…including house training! You will need to have experience or have fully researched owning a large breed dog…as I still have lots of growing to do!!

You will need to continue my socialisation and ensure you continue to help keep me on the path to being a well rounded large adult dog!

It’s easy to fall in love with my ‘cute as a button’ face, but taking on any puppy is hard work, and with me you’ll need to start all the basics of a 10 week old puppy…but in a much larger body!!

When I first arrived I had no idea about lead walking but this has improved greatly and I enjoy walking out with other dogs for reassurance and guidance.

I travel well in the car and have been a perfect patient at the vets. 

I can live with teenagers plus, and have not and cannot be cat tested. 

I am a super sweet, cuddly boy who will make the most amazing companion with the right family 🩷
