Hi everyone

My name is Casey and I am a 13 year old Cairn Terrier cross weighing just under 5kg.

I came to SEDR as an unclaimed stray (presumed dumped) where it was then found I had a HUGE bladder stone which needed surgically removing. I have been in foster with one of the nurses since my operation and am now ready to find my furever home.

I am cat, dog, horse and livestock friendly!!

I could live with a dog of similar size and age who is happy to potter around with me, but doesnt need a playmate!!

I am living with a young child and would be absolutely fine with visiting children, but would like a quiet retirement home without little ones running around all day!

Due to my bladder stone, I will need to remain on a urinary diet to stop me developing any more stones.

I also have arthritis of the spine and pelvis which is managed well on daily pain relief.

I am happy to be left for a few hours but would like someone at home to fuss me for most of the day!

Since my bladder operation, I do sometimes pee my bed a little - so you'll need to be prepared with a little sheet under my blanket on my bed which can be washed easily. This is improving as days go by, and may stop altogether. When I'm awake I am housetrained and will go out to the garden to wee.

I am the most charming and delightful little soul who is going to make a lovely companion for someone.

I still enjoy my walks, but these are more pottering's than marathons!

If you can offer me a place in your heart and your home - please use the link below to complete an application form

Lots of love

Casey xx
