Belle

Hi everyone!
My name is Belle and I am a 6 month old staffie cross puppy (I'm quite teeny still and will be a much smaller, petite staffie size once fully grown)
I came to SEDR aged just 12 weeks old critically ill with parvovirus. Thankfully, due to an amazing vet team, I survived and am now fully recovered and am a typical bouncy puppy who has a fantastic personality!
I am currently in foster with cats, and although I do like to chase them, I could live with an extremely dog savvy and confident cat!
I could live with dog savvy children who are comfortable with a bouncy puppy jumping up for cuddles and fairly frequent face washes!
I will need to live with a neutered male playful dog for companionship and play, or as an only dog if there are regular meet ups with other dogs for me to spend time. You will also need to carry on my training - please remember I am just a baby and puppies are hard work!
Meet Belle

I am most house trained, but you will need to be committed to regular toilet breaks, and prepared for accidents whilst I am still learning!
I absolutely adore other dogs and people and will want to curl up on your lap for cuddles at every opportunity!
I will need a home where someone is at home for most of the day but am fine to be left for short periods.
As I am too young to be spayed yet, I will be rehomed on a neutering contract, and proof of my neutering will need to be provided at an appropriate age.
As I have been growing, I've had some issues with regurgitation after my food and this has been fully investigated by the vets, and no cause found. Its likely that this is something I will grow out of, and this has already improved hugely in the last month. It does mean I have to have 3 smaller meals throughout the day, and is easily managed.
I also had cherry eye which has now been surgically corrected.
Please remember puppies are hard work - and I am potentially a 12 - 15 year long commitment! You will need to train me, socialise me, clean up after me, and I will probably chew a few things I shouldn't! Puppies are cute - but they are also exhausting, so please be completely sure you have the time, the patience and the lifestyle to offer me a home. If you do, you will be rewarded with a bundle of fun and the best snuggling partner.
