We are devastated to have to give the sad news that Marigold has passed away.
Please read Kymm’s beautiful and moving tribute to her on our Facebook page.
A HUGE Thank You to the vets at Burnham House who took great care of her in her final hours and to all those who have sent love, messages and donations.

Please meet Marigold!
Marigold is an approximately 8 year old Corgi Cross who found herself on death row in a pound as an unclaimed stray.
Marigold has been vaccinated and microchipped and has recently had a dental.
Marigold is currently in foster in Folkestone Kent – here is what her foster family say about her

‘Marigold is a such a sweet girl who loves to be around people and have lots of cuddles. She isn’t interested in toys!!
She loves a comfy bed and lots of sleep! She would not cope in a house with lots of stairs. She is not nervous around new people and is playful in short bursts!
She has some hearing but is quite deaf, but this doesn’t worry her and she’s very happy off doing her own thing.
She is fully house trained and has not had one accident here. She doesn’t need huge amounts of walking. She will tell dogs off if they come into her space..she is fine walking past dogs but shes not fussed about interacting with them and doesn’t like them being in her space. She is wonderful and we will miss her when she leaves for her fur ever home!!

Marigold would suit a home with an older person who would love a sofa companion more than a walking buddy!! She would be fine with older visiting children but would not like to live in a busy family home.

She travels well in the car and is a perfect patient at the vets
If you can offer Marigold a place in your heart and your home, please email
